Standard lead time is 5 to 7 days once your artwork’s confirmed, which is quick relative to a lot of custom fabricated exhibition equipment, but it’s not instant, so it’s worth building it into your show planning timeline rather than ordering the week of the event.
The bottleneck is usually artwork approval rather than production itself. Getting your logo, colours and any specific wording finalised early means the 5 to 7 day window starts sooner, whereas going back and forth on design changes after the clock’s already running is what actually causes tight timelines to slip.
For larger premium pieces like a LED Reception Desk or LED 360 Cylinder Display, we’d suggest getting your free mock-up sorted at least a few weeks out from the show date, simply to leave room for any design revisions before production starts, even though the production window itself stays the same.
