How the free mock-up works
Tell us which product you want and send your logo or artwork. We create a free digital mock-up showing exactly how your branding will look, usually within 24 hours. There is no cost and no obligation to buy. Approve it and your order goes into production, with a 5 to 7 day lead time and worldwide delivery.
The five steps, start to finish
- Tell us what you need. Pick your product, size and style in the form above. Not sure which one fits your space? Send us the room dimensions or a photo of the stand and we will tell you what works. We supply everything from a custom branded LED cube table centre at £49 up to an LED reception desk for a permanent foyer install.
- Send your artwork. A logo file is enough to get started. Vector is ideal, but a decent PNG or JPEG works and we will tell you straight away if a file is too low resolution to print well. If you have brand guidelines with Pantone references, send those too.
- We send your free mock-up. You get a visual showing your branding on the actual product, so you can see the finish before you commit a penny. It costs nothing and you are under no obligation to order. Most clients use it to get sign off internally, which is usually the reason a decision stalls.
- Approve, or ask for changes. Want the logo larger, the background darker, a different colour on the acrylic? Say so and we will redo it. We would rather revise the artwork three times than ship something you are not happy with.
- Production and delivery. Once you approve, your order goes into production with a 5 to 7 day lead time. We deliver worldwide and price in GBP, USD and EUR. If it is going to a live event, tell us the date and we will work back from it. We offer event day support so there is someone to call if anything goes wrong on site.
Ordering more than £1,000 worth? Mention it when you enquire and we will apply preferential trade pricing. That threshold is reached faster than people expect, a set of ten custom branded table centres or two LED bar table and chair sets will do it.
Free mock-up: common questions
Does the mock-up cost anything?
No. The mock-up is free on every enquiry and there is no obligation to place an order afterwards. You can take the visual, sit on it for a month, or never come back. We would rather you saw the product properly before deciding.
How long does the mock-up take?
Usually within 24 hours of receiving your artwork. If your brief is complex, a bespoke shape or a multi sided display, it can take a little longer and we will tell you when to expect it rather than leave you guessing.
Can I change the design after I see the mock-up?
Yes. Revisions are part of the process, not an extra. Nothing goes into production until you have approved the artwork.
How long does delivery take once I approve?
Production takes 5 to 7 days from approval, then delivery on top depending on where you are. If you have a fixed event date, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we deliver worldwide and you can pay in GBP, USD or EUR. Plenty of our exhibition work ships to stands in Europe and the Middle East.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. A single custom LED sign is fine. But orders over £1,000 qualify for preferential trade pricing, which is worth knowing if you are kitting out a venue or a full exhibition stand.
What file do I need to send?
Your logo, ideally as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). A high resolution PNG or JPEG is usually workable. Send what you have and we will tell you if it needs redrawing.
Can you mock up a product that is not in the form?
Yes. The form lists our two most requested products, but we supply the full range, including custom LED furniture, LED lightboxes in bespoke shapes, ice buckets and illuminated flower pots. Use the contact form and tell us what you have in mind.
