Yes. The giant cigarette LED lamp is an LED, so it runs cool and low energy, with no flame, no smoke and nothing burning, just a light. Unlike an old filament bulb it won’t get hot to the touch even after hours on, which makes it fine to leave glowing through an evening.
It runs off a standard plug, so treat it like any mains floor lamp: keep the cable tidy and out of a walkway, and stand it on a flat, stable spot. There’s no special handling beyond ordinary common sense with a plugged-in lamp.
